01Challenge
Rotas without the group chat.
Hotels and restaurants run on shifts that change every week. Dallero is a workforce platform built for them: quick scheduling, a punch-in clock, sick submissions, internal messages and daily results in one place.
I designed the UI and UX across all three surfaces, working side by side with developer Pawel, who built the product: the employee app for iOS and Android, the punch clock, and the web app where administrators run the company.
02Employee app
Your next shift, at a glance.
The app gives employees everything the admin adds, without digging: upcoming shifts by date and department, notes from the manager, messages pushed straight to the phone, and a simple way to show interest in open shifts.
It comes in both dark and light mode.
03Web app
The control room for managers.
The web app is the core of Dallero. From here administrators add employees, create departments, build the schedule, manage access and see how the whole company is doing, including daily results that compare staff costs with sales.
